In preparation for Year 11 practical assessment, Tracey Blenkinsopp the Spadeadam Base chef, came in to deliver a presentation and food styling workshop on Wednesday.
Students watched a demonstration, including cooking methods and plating techniques. They were then tasked with preparing and plating a main and dessert of their own. They did fantastically well and each produced a plate of restaurant quality food! All looked and were definitely good enough to eat!
