Sleep Awareness Week

Like physical health, there are things that we can all do to help keep us feeling mentally fit and healthy. One of these things is getting enough sleep so, as part of National Sleep Awareness Week, we have been highlighting the importance of sleep. This week, students have been encouraged to think about their own sleep habits, and make small changes to their lifestyle to improve the amount and quality of the sleep they get.

Sealy Beds kindly loaned the school a brand new bed, which is situated in your foyer and made up with a duvet adorned with sleep facts and helpful advice.
