SECOND IN DEPARTMENT – TECHNOLOGY

The school is seeking to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and able Second in Department in Technology. The successful candidate will have:

The successful applicant will be required to teach Resistant Materials and Product Design in Key Stages 3 and 4 in an experienced department, with technician support. The department is well equipped with a suite of specialist classrooms and workshops. There is a possibility of some A Level teaching for a suitably qualified/experienced candidate. A knowledge of and ability to deliver the new Hospitality BTEC would be an advantage but not essential.


We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified teachers.

We are looking to appoint a Temporary Teacher of Technology on a fixed term contract for the summer term. The successful candidate will need to be available from 12 April to 16 July 2010 be able to deliver Resistant Materials at KS3.
