A Busy Term for Open Spaces

This term, despite difficult circumstances, the Open Spaces Group have made a real difference both during and after school; the animals are thriving and the area is looking really good (excluding the mud!). One tonne of compost has been moved; around 200 eggs collected; three sheds repainted; 250 trees planted; 80 kg of hen feed fed; Charity Status reached; and masses of fun enjoyed!

As a charity, they are raising their own funds and ran a successful produce stall throughout the summer. They’ve also been making some seasonal wreaths recently.

All this could not be achieved without our fabulous team of students and volunteers.

Looking forward to a busy spring term and the arrival of new lambs.
