A Fully French Experience

Our A Level French students flourished on their recent immersive visit to France, where they had lessons and visited a museum to learn about the French Resistance; learnt about Oradour-sur-Glane and then visited the memorial village; had a tour of a château and saw frescoes from the Middle Ages; had a conversation lesson with French students; bought unusual items in a market challenge and then explored the author Jean Giradoux’s house where they took part in an escape game. They also were responsible for buying and cooking food for their French-style meals, which were even more delicious than the restaurant meal on the last day!
