Red Nose Day is on Friday 17 March. The nationwide fundraising day is organised by Comic Relief to help people who are facing the toughest times of their lives. Whether they’re impacted by the cost-of-living crisis, the drought in East Africa, or the recent devastating earthquake in Syria and Turkey.
To help raise money the WHS Student Leadership Team have organized a Bake Sale during Break 1 in the Performance Hall on Friday, so don’t forget to bring in some cash!
During form time on Friday there will a Cumbria Education Trust-wide quiz and Year 8 students will be taking part in a fun run during their PE lessons too.
