This week’s Headteacher’s Award goes to Tyne Hope. Tyne always shows up to her lessons with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Eager to learn and wanting to go that extra mile, she is never afraid to ask questions to develop her understanding. In chemistry in particular, Tyne regularly discusses what she has been doing at home to support her learning (sometimes it is a practical demonstration that she has conducted), and again at the end of a lesson, Tyne can also give other examples within the topic to show that she is understanding the lesson. Tyne is just a delightful student who is always going above and beyond with her learning, demonstrating all core values striving to be the best she can be every day.
