Salary: Grade 7A/B £26,421 – £27,334 – Actual £20,383.21 – £21,087.57 per annum

Are you a driven and motivated individual who is committed to ensuring all students with attendance, welfare and engagement issues receive the support they need and achieve the outcomes they deserve?
We are seeking to appoint and experienced and dedicated individual to this key role within our Learning Provision Team. Alongside supporting attendance, learning behaviours, health and wellbeing you will also deliver coaching, mentoring and targeted interventions to students across all year groups.
You will be an experienced practitioner within a school setting having a proven track record of successful pastoral support. You will understand the relevant behaviour and consequences frameworks and will have experience of the referral process for additional services. Alongside this you will have demonstrable experience with working with relevant staff to develop, support and deliver high quality interventions.
