Higher Level Teaching Assistants for Covid-19 catch-up work in Key Stage 3
32.5 hours | G8A/SCP19 £25481 (fulltime equivalent) | Fixed Term until 31 July 2021
Required for start as soon as possible, the successful candidates will work with students with identified gaps in their learning that have arisen from the Covid-19 shutdown. The post holders will work under the leadership of the English and Maths departments to help individual or small groups of students from Year 8 and Year 9 to overcome specific gaps in their learning.
You must have the willingness to work on a one to one and small group basis with students, providing them with the support, encouragement and understanding that they need in order to participate fully in school life and progress within their academic studies.

Design and Technology Technician & Curriculum Support
Full Time (37 hours) | Term Time (plus 2 weeks) | NJC Scale 3 points 14 -17 (£17,681 – £18,672 pro rata)
Required immediately, we are looking to appoint a Design and Technology Technician & Curriculum Support. Under the guidance of senior staff, provide specialist support in a specific curricular/resource area, including preparation, and maintenance of resources and support to staff and students.
The successful candidate should have technical experience of aspects of commercial machinery and ideally CNC machinery, and should be versatile, independent and able to initiate own workload as well as to work as part of a successful team. They should also have good organisation and computer literacy skills, and be able to plan and deliver projects as directed by the team.
