Sixth Form Art, Photography and Media students enjoyed a jam-packed day at the University of Cumbria Open Day yesterday. The students were able to carry out workshops in life drawing, graphic design, illustration, photography and many more.
A couple of weeks ago, our new Year 7 students also had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of art when they visited The Baltic and Laing Galleries in Newcastle.
Art teacher Mrs Watson, said: “It’s been great to explore and celebrate art beyond the walls of the classroom.”
