There were 111 entries for the recent Save the Earth bookmark competition, organised by the Library and supported by the English department, and the judges had a very difficult task to pick out the best ones from an array of wonderful designs. The overall winner, with a beautiful design featuring a polar bear, was Noah Fielden (Year 8). The runners up were Kayleigh Armstrong (Year 7), Rachel Evans Year 7), Penny Hodgson (Year 8) and Fraser Sim (Year 7). Their bookmarks, along with ten other top designs, have been printed and laminated, and are available to students when they borrow a book from the Library.
