The wonderful Kelly McClelland from the Northwest Centre for Advanced Training for Dance (CAT scheme) come into school to deliver a 2-hour workshop with students from Year 7 to Year 12 today.
Students were challenged with a technique class and a creative session whilst learning about what it takes to be a CAT student. Two of our students, Penny Hodgson and Joe Cambell-Hillsley who are currently on the CAT scheme were also able to share their experiences.
Miss Serrechia was extremely impressed by the energy and passion from all of the students taking part and wants to encourage any students who are interested in auditioning to get in touch to find out the next steps.
