Our table cricket team held a cake sale and raffle on Friday, 20 June to raise funds for their trip to compete in the Lord’s Taverners National Finals at Lord’s Cricket Ground this Wednesday. It was a huge success raising just over £300. They now have the money they need to cover their exciting trip to London.
A huge thank you everyone at the school who supported the event. Thank you too to Barry Mark Fitness in Carlisle and Lord’s themselves for their support with funding, and to Carlisle United for donating a signed football to raffle.
