Thirty Year 10 Geographers enjoyed a great opportunity to develop their love of the subject and see the locations that they study at GCSE, with a visit to London last week.
After arriving at Euston station on Thursday morning, they headed to the National History Museum where they explored the Volcano and Earthquake exhibition. Then, spending the afternoon investigating tourist opportunities, they visited several iconic London landmarks and took a flight on the London Eye.
On Friday, the group experienced a guided tour of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, once the home of Olympic and Paralympic excellence. It was wonderful to receive glowing feedback from the park staff about the excellent engagement and behaviour of our students!
