Students from William Howard School’s Eco Group recently joined forces with members of the Brampton Litter Picking Team for a community clean-up event. Working together, the students and volunteers collected bags of rubbish from local streets and green spaces, helping to improve the appearance of the area and protect local wildlife.
The collaboration highlighted the positive impact that can be made when young people and community groups work side by side. Members of the Eco Group showed great enthusiasm and commitment, demonstrating their dedication to environmental responsibility. Organisers praised the teamwork on display and are excited for future collaborations, with the next planned for later this month.
If you would like to get involved in the community group, they meet on the first Sunday of the month in the market place. All are welcome.
