Matt Rayson, Head Chef and Business owner of The Old Bank Restaurant in Carlisle visited the Year 11 Food and Nutrition class today. He demoed some presentation and plating up techniques to help the students with their Non-Exam Assessment (NEA) tasks next term.
Their teacher, Mrs Mothersdale said, “The students really benefitted from his advice on how to make their final dishes look fantastic, we all thank him for his support.”
