Sixth Form Football
Our Sixth Form football team enjoyed a great game with QEGS this week, holding on for a 4-3 victory through the final minutes.
Man of the Match was Angus Peace who scored a first half hat trick! A shout out also goes to Dan Cattermole for his performance in goals, saving a penalty in the second half.
Well done to all the team – it was a great performance!
Year 7 Netball
Our Year 7 Netballers played a friendly fixture against Trinity on Wednesday evening.
The games were incredibly evenly matched, with the scores even for each quarter. Both teams demonstrated great improvements, in their interceptions as well as their ability to link up play on the court.
Although William Howard were narrowly beaten in both games, it was a fantastic performance from all players, and we are so pleased with the enthusiasm and commitment they are showing!
An extra shout out to Martha, Emily-Ann and Hattie who were voted players of the match!
