It’s been fantastic to see such a diverse mix of industries and locations for our Year 11 work experience placements this week. From architecture to motorsport, and even a chimney sweep, the students have certainly gained a wide array of valuable insights into different career paths. One of our students even travelled all the way to Lithuania for a computer science placement—what an exciting experience!
Thank you to all the employers who have accommodated our students as they embarked on this week of learning and professional development. They’re sure to come away with new skills, fresh perspectives, and maybe some lifelong connections.
Ruby has been working alongside local artist, Josephine Scales, to design an artwork for our reception area in school (watch this space!):
