We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that we’ve been named Best Secondary School at the Golden Apples Awards 2025!
The award represents our entire school community.
Headteacher Kath Pigdon said: “The awards evening was a lovely opportunity to reflect on our journey: from last year’s students’ results to the inspiring feedback we received from Ofsted. This award feels like the final piece of our ‘Triple Crown’ for 2025 — and what a way to celebrate the progress we’ve made as a school community.”
While every member of staff works tirelessly for the good of our students, not for external recognition, it’s great to see their hard work and dedication acknowledged in such a special way.
