This week’s Headteacher’s Award goes to Year 13 student Callum Hughes, whose dedication and contributions have earned him widespread recognition, including a nomination from our own Head Students.
Callum has made an outstanding impact on the Student Leadership Team and the wider Sixth Form community. His natural ability to connect with both peers and younger students is truly commendable.
At various school events — including the recent House Day, Parents’ Evenings and the upcoming Remembrance Service — Callum consistently conducts himself with integrity, ensuring everyone feels supported. His enthusiasm for the Army Cadet Force shines through his efforts in organising Armed Forces Week and Remembrance events.
Callum exemplifies the qualities we seek in a Head of House and is a deeply valued member of our Student Leadership Team. He approaches challenges with a willingness to learn and grow, making him exceptionally deserving of this award.
