This week’s Headteacher’s Award is proudly presented to Max in Year 12, an exceptional student who consistently demonstrates maturity, kindness and a strong work ethic.
Max is highly committed to his A Level Chemistry, and his tutor, Mrs Wright, praises the invaluable support he provides within the Science Department. His calm and respectful approach helps other students engage positively, making him a real asset.
Beyond the classroom, Max contributes generously to wider school life. He took part in events raising money and awareness for important causes — riding the most miles in Year 12 during the Comic Relief cycling challenge and completing a full marathon distance on Saturday, despite previously only running 25km. His determination is exceptional.
Max is also dependable and reliable in supporting the Site Team after school, always bringing a positive and mature attitude to everything he does. He is highly deserving of this award.
