Year 9 student, Eve Palmer, was presented the Headteacher’s Award this week. Eve attends many extra-curricular activities around school and, despite her own personal challenges, shows the utmost resilience and takes part in all PE activities to the best of her ability. Last year, Eve could not bounce on the trampoline without support but last week she did so unaided and even applied some elements of trampolining moves.
Since starting William Howard School, Eve has shown courage and grown in confidence to challenge herself in every aspect of school life. We are delighted to celebrate her strength with a Headteachers Award.
