Students in Year 7 all learn about Artificial Intelligence as part of their Computing course. As computers develop more and more capability, the implications of these changes on their future jobs and opportunities seem endless. So do the threats, however, and we talk about misuse of the technology as much as we do the benefits. In their OneNote notebook, students can share what they learn with people at home just by logging on to the system. In class, after discussion, students use AI in a positive way to help them produce a poster about it too!
