Over the coming weeks, our Year 7 students will be given what could be one of their most important lessons in life; each Form Group is receiving a half hour ‘Call-Push-Rescue’ (CPR) training session with members of Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service.
Previously, all of our students received the programme of lifesaving lessons, now it is the turn of the new Year 7 cohort to gain hands-on coaching in the skills of CPR and the use of a defibrillator.
A big thank you to the On-call Support Crew Managers from Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service who are coming along to provide the training.
