The end of year House Point Auctions for each cohort generated great excitement this week. Years 8, 9 and 12 had their turn on Tuesday to use their accumulated achievement points to bid for a fantastic range of prizes, while Years 7 and 10 auctions were held on Friday.
Rewards up for grabs included golf vouchers, doughnuts, football and netball parties, bacon buttie deliveries, vouchers, a film screening, queue passes, Walby Farm Park vouchers, and much more.
A huge thank you to the local businesses who generously donated or supported prizes: Cranstons, Mr Brown’s Cafe, New Mills Fishing, Brampton Golf Club, Walby Farm Park, The Wheatsheaf, The Pheasant Inn and House of Lowry Sweets.
