During PE lessons this week, students and PE staff took on the challenge of ‘The CET Mile’. The WHS course, named ‘The La’al Loop’, encircles the school and is just shy of 1 mile.
For some it was a fun run, but others had their sights on breaking lap records. Huge well done to Elena Archibald in Year 8, who achieved the girls’ fastest known time of 6m 01s, and to Ollie Martindale in Year 10 who shaved a couple of seconds off Mr Green’s overall record with a time of 5m 13s.
