Year 10 student Anna Canning was very surprised but excited to have recently received an award from the U16 Scottish Rugby Team she plays for. The award was presented at the end of a six-week training programme which took place on Saturdays. Anna continues to train on Tuesday evenings in Edinburgh.
Anna’s place as a Forward has been confirmed in the Women’s U16s squad participating in a festival in Galashiels later this month, where they will face opposition from North Wales and the Netherlands.
