We’re very excited to restart our exchange programme to Taiwan, which used to run prior to Covid.
On Monday and Tuesday this week, we welcomed to WHS a group of staff and students from Lanya Junior High School in Taipei. As well as shadowing partner students for some lessons, they enjoyed a Brampton town trial and a walk around Talkin Tarn. On Monday they also had a taste of great British baking and made carrot cake muffins with Mrs Mothersdale. We shared gifts and signed our partnership agreement.
A big thank you to the wonderful Year 7 & Year 8 students who helped out and made our guests feel so welcome.
The intention is to have a WHS group visiting Taiwan in October 2025. More details about our return visit will come out in September, so watch this space!
