Year 10 students took part in a mock interview and post-16 options morning on Monday. We welcomed representatives from agriculture, accountancy and the NHS, with interviewers from the business sector including small business owners as well as multinational companies such as Pirelli and Innovia.
Contributors, Myerscough College, System People, Armed Forces, WHS Sixth Form, Carlisle United, Gen 2 and Cumbria Work Experience, explained the work experience application process the students will need in the Autumn Term.
WHS Careers Lead, Mrs Hill, said, “It was a great experience for the students with some fantastic feedback from their interviews. A great start to CET’s ‘Be the Best you can Be Week’.”
