Year 10 students certainly dressed to impress for their mock interviews and Post-16 information morning on Friday.
Local employers including Cumbria Police, NHS, Dodd and Co, David Allen, Bendalls Engineering, Innovia, University of Cumbria and Cranstons interviewed the students and gave them constructive feedback.
In classrooms, the students rotated around information sessions from Carlisle United Education, Carlisle College, WHS Sixth Form, Gen 2 and BAE systems along with Cumbria Work Experience who will support students with their placement in November.
