Year 9 students had an opportunity to explore different career paths today, during their Careers IAG morning.
Gen 2 and Viberoptix gave valuable insights into STEM careers, while representatives from the NHS and Cumbria Police provided a closer look at roles in public service. There were Sixth Form Centre tours run by Year 12 students, and mock interviews undertaken with Mr Byers.
During breaktime, our speakers went to visit Year 11 students to offer them careers information and resources.
WHS Careers Lead, Mrs Hill said: “The event enabled students to get a better understanding of the next steps in their educational journey.”
