What a joyful end to the term! The school was filled with festive colour, beaming smiles and true Christmas spirit. Crazy Christmas jumpers and cosy pyjamas set the scene for the Christmas holidays.
Lucky ticket holders were treated to a hilarious performance of Cinderella during breaktime (see separate post) and The Friends of WHS provided delicious cakes on their fundraising stall.
During last lesson, everyone took part in the CET Christmas Quiz before tuning in to a broadcast message from Headteacher Ms Pigdon, who was joined by our Student Leadership team and Father Christmas himself! They reminded everyone of the highlights from the term and read a fitting poem specially written for WHS. Congratulations to Gelt House who were announced as being top of the House Point leaderboard!
