This week’s Headteacher’s Award goes to a Year 7 student, George, for his outstanding and consistent contributions in class, as well as his helpful nature towards his peers and staff.
He is considerate to others and values differences, always regarding the learning of others is as important as his own. As well as helping his classmates with their work, he routinely volunteers to help others tidy up at the end of lessons. Showing exemplary manners, George is exceptionally polite to staff too. He makes a stand when high standards are not met by peers in the classroom, demonstrating his integrity and sense of fairness.
George has been resilient when faced with challenges and epitomises the spirit of “be the best you can be”. He is deeply committed to extracurricular activities in school and seizes all the opportunities presented to him with enthusiasm.
