The presentation of last week’s Headteacher’s Award was on hold as the recipient was on the school’s Spanish trip to Menorca!
Charlie Roberts (Year 10) is a student who stands out with exceptional manners and an outstanding attitude towards life at William Howard, demonstrating daily the resilience and responsibility needed to be successful in his learning. He has received numerous Learner of the Lesson nominations and has continued to excel in Product Design following his winning team performance at the CET Innovate Competition last year. Charlie is always pleasant and polite when spoken to and demonstrates maturity beyond his years when speaking to staff and his peers in school. Charlie embodies our core values and is a very worthy recipient of this award.
