In February, twenty students from Years 7, 8 and 9 took LAMDA examinations in Solo Acting at Level 1 and Level 2. The results are in, and we are proud to announce that they all did exceptionally well, passing with either Merit or Distinction.
Their teacher, Ms Lewis, is delighted and said: “The students worked incredibly hard in preparation for their examinations and their hard work has most definitely paid off.”
We are pleased to offer LAMDA Examinations in school as part of the Drama Peripatetic Programme. This opportunity is one of many that we provide at William Howard School to offer our students the widest possible range of opportunities and to enhance and develop their skills, character and resilience in Drama.
