Katie in Year 8 was nominated for the Headteacher’s Award this week.
She consistently demonstrates our core values of respect, responsibility and resilience in every aspect of school life in. Her positive attitude, commitment to learning and outstanding conduct make her an excellent role model for her peers.
Katie has already earned an impressive 194 House points this year, including nine Learner of the Lesson awards, reflecting the dedication and effort she brings to her lessons every day.
Beyond the classroom, Katie has achieved amazing success in karate at an international level. She recently competed in the prestigious Irish Open Karate Tournament, securing three excellent victories on her way to winning a silver medal against some of the strongest competitors from across Europe. This is an exceptional achievement. Katie has also earned the honour of representing England at the European Championships in Cyprus.
Katie’s achievements, both in school and beyond, exemplify everything we want our students to aspire to. We are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and delighted to recognise her with this Headteacher’s Award. Congratulations, Katie!
