Sixth Form student, Joe has been nominated to receive the Headteacher’s Award this week.
Joe is an exceptional student with an abundance of passion and enthusiasm for the Arts. He attends his lessons with a positive attitude and is always resilient when tackling obstacles, by thinking creatively to problem solve.
He has thrown himself into life in Sixth Form and plays a significant role in our school community: applying to be a prefect; volunteering to perform a reading for Year 7 during ‘Get cosy and Read Day’; and assisting with Year 8 and 9 Dance lessons and Dance Club (alongside another A Level Dance student, he is choreographing a routine for the Dance Club to perform at our DADA Showcase in March).
Joe also successfully auditioned for our Disney Company, which he is committed to attending and helping our younger students be the best they can be.
Miss Serrechia added: “Joe is a pleasure to teach and entertains us in the Drama Department every day! He epitomises our values here at William Howard School.”
